Grand Designs and Home Build and Renovating Shows In October 2006 we exhibited at the Grand Designs Live show at the NEC, Birmingham. This was a huge success, with around 50,000 people visiting. We received many positive comments, in particular from our Sliding Folding Doors, which were so popular because of our high quality and competitive prices. In November 2006, we exhibited at the Home Build and Renovating show in Harrogate. Again this was a huge success despite the accident at the beginning, which resulted in Ian receiving a black eye. This later turned out to be his great selling point and generated more interest than the products on display.
March 2007 we were at the NEC again for the National Homebuilding and Renovating show. No black eyes this time, only a dinted sliding folding door after it fell off the back of the wagon. Other than that the whole weekend went very smoothly, with the sliding folding doors been the show piece once again. Setting Up Hannah propping up some windows
